Refund policy

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Returns may be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return please reply to your order confirmation or delivery confirmation email with an explanation of why you are making your return.  Once your return is received we will issue you a refund for the cost of your order (sans shipping charges)

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Returns for defective product may be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return please reply to your order confirmation or delivery confirmation email stating that your product was defective. We will then provide you with a label to return your product(s). Once we receive your defective product we will issue you a full refund (including shipping costs).

EXCHANGES

To exchange a product you must first return it, then place a new order.
